Nakazawa Yuko Is Getting Married!

Nakazawa Yuko is getting married!

On December 5th, Sankei Sports reported that Nakazawa Yuko (38), a Dream Morning Musume member and the first leader of Morning Musume, will be getting married next spring.
Nakazawa’s future husband is said to be a president of an IT-related company who lives in Fukuoka prefecture. The couple started dating in August and were ‘outed’ by tabloid magazine ‘FRIDAY‘, who reported on their relationship back in October.
Reportedly, the couple will introduce each other to their parents early in the new year, and have plans to hold a wedding ceremony next spring. There will not be a reception party, and Nakazawa will move to Fukuoka to be with her husband. Although Nakazawa will continue pursuing her career, her activities will be reduced since she will be travelling back and forth between Tokyo and Fukuoka. However, she is willing to participate in special concerts or events as much as she can.
There have been no official statement from Nakazawa about this report at this moment.

I'm doing telling everyone my favorite groups, and my favorite members and why.

I was asked to do this quite some time ago but to be honest I was faaaaaaaaar to lazy to do so.

So I'm doing it now.

The people and groups at the top are the ones I'm ratting.

So this is before S/milage got new members and lost Ogawa Saki , before Ai-chan left Morning Musume, and right after Morning Musume's 9th gen was added.

So the way this works is that I'm going to put my least favorite group up first say why.

Then in another post I'll put all the members in order from least favorite to favorite.

Okay Lets Start

At # 5 is...

C-ute

sorry C-ute fans

Reason: I just simply don't like C-ute anymore. In the beginning when I first fell in love with Hello!Project C-ute was my #1 band but over the years they've...in a sense..let me down, and to me it seems like they are trying just a little bit to hard to get listeners. Also with the graduation of Umeda Erika(my favorite member of all time)it's just never been the same for me.

At # 4 is...

S/milage

Reason: Don't get me wrong I love S/milage I really do but, their songs are just to cutesy. I love they fact that they're young and wanna show that they have a lot of energy but being young and having lots of energy doesn't mean you have to be overly cute. I mean they're cute I'll admit it but I feel they lay it on a little too strong.

At # 3 is...

Mano Erina

Reason:I love Mano to death I really do. Her songs are really good she is a good dancer, she's beautiful and she's smart. At first the only problem with Mano to me was that her voice wasn't the best to me. I mean you have(had) people like Takahashi Ai who has a God given voice and she only released one solo song.

Even former Hello!Project member Matsuura Aya told Mano that if she wanted to be a better soloist in Hello!project she needed to be able to not only get on Takahashi Ai's singing level but she also had to surpass it, but Mano has been doing better I heard Mano sing her newest song "My Days for You" live on Coming Soon! and you can hear that her voice had improved...A LOT I was so impressed.

The only thing about Mano's songs that bug me now is that with each single that she releases she plays the piano less and less. That was one of the reasons why I loved Mano. I loved hearing her play the Piano.

Please Tsunku give Mano her Piano back.

At # 2 is...

Morning Musume

Reason:I love Morning Musume with all my heart and soul I truly do and with each generation that was added on only brought more girls to love and to support, but this time(in my opinion)...Morning Musume messed up. With each generation of Momusu they always have at least one member that I like but never in the history of Momusu have they had a member I just could not stand. For some reason I just can't stand Sayashi Riho. I don't know what it is about her I just don't like her. She's not a bad person or anything. I know for a fact she is an amazing dancer, but singing wise I just don't like her voice and I feel that it's just unfair how she gets pushed to front so much to the point that the very first Hello!Project group song she does(with Mobekimasu) she is a lead singer. It's like come on give me a break. I feel bad for the rest of the 9th Generation members. I know some of you are thinking "She didn't asked to be pushed to the front that's just what happened" and don't get me wrong I understand that. I just feel that they could have given the rest of the 9th Gen a chance to show what they could do before Tsunku got all "Star" happy with Yashii.

At # 1 is...

Berryz Koubou

Reason:I love Berryz Koubou. They're (in my opinion) the best J-pop group in the world. You cant' go wrong a group like this. The oh so funny Chinami, the beautiful and talented Risako, The sexy Miya, The persistent Momochi, The beautiful gentle giant Yurina, The amazing dancer that is Captain, and the calm and cool Maasa. There is much win in this group and I can honestly say they I love all their singles. I have all their singles on my iPod, and I'm also listening to them.

This news is quite shocking because 2 months ago, former S/mileage member
Ogawa Saki (14) announced her graduation (August 24th) just a day before Yuuka's (October 25th).

Having been a member of H!P for 7 years the reason for Yuuka's sudden graduation announcement is because she wants to focus on her university entrance exams.

I, Maeda Yuuka, as of 2011/12/31, will be graduating from Smileage and Hello! Project.

Just the other day at our event, the 4 sub members became official members which made me really happy, but at the same time made me realize that it was this timing that I had to use to tell you all something very important.

Since becoming a high school student, I have been unable to keep up with my Smileage work and school at the same time and it has bothered me a great deal. I started to think about my future and realized that my desire to attend a university had grown a lot over time. I was wondering if, at this rate, if I would be able to handle both school work and Smileage, I was really only able to give a half-hearted effort on both things… and was always getting help from other people, and I really disliked that part about me. I thought to myself “Things aren’t going to work out if it keeps going like this”.

I need to work a lot harder if I want to attend a university. But that had always been just talk, up til now nothing had really changed…

If I let these feelings continue, it would not be fair to the other members, nor to all the fans that support me.

I thought a lot about it. I may not be very bright but I put all my energy into thinking about this… and came up with this as the only possible option.

As of now with the four new members joining, it has been a joy to spend every day with the members. To the original members, to the new members, and to all of you who have always supported me, I am very very grateful.

Although it may be sad, we have a new single featuring the 7 of us coming out on 12/28, and I will be working my hardest ever to make this the best one yet!

I am very grateful to so many people, and hope to really enjoy these remaining 2 months, and finish with a smile in the Smileage way!

Tsunku to open ‘idol training cafe’ in Akihabara

It’s been announced that music producer Tsunku will be opening an idol training cafe called “AKIHABARA Backstage Pass” in November. The cafe will be located in “AKIBA Culture ZONE” in Akihabara, about a 3-minute walk from the “AKB Theater“.

The employees of the cafe will be comprised of girls who aspire to become idols and singers. While interacting with customers, they will mature into full-fledged idols who’ll eventually be ready to make their debut. The scenario has been described to be a ‘realistic idol raising simulation’, where the customers are the ‘producers’. Additionally, the cafe will bring in idols and singers who have already made their debut.

For the project, Tsunku will team up with multi-creator Shikura Chiyomaru, who is known for producing the concept cafe, “Ouritsu Afilia Mahou Gakuin“, and the popular game, “Stein’s Gate“. The cafe also has plans to collaborate with anime and games periodically.

“AKIHABARA Backstage Pass” is scheduled to open its doors in late November. An official website will also be launched at the end of this month.

Takahashi Ai Has Officially Graduated From Morning Musume and Hello! Project

After passing the LOVE Audition 21 on 2001-08-26 and having joined Morning Musume as a 5th generation member, as of today 10 years and 1 month will have passed. Now that I think about it, it all went by in a flash. When I think about it, I was always watching ASAYAN back in Fukui, but the airing of the shows, compared to Tokyo, was always about 3 weeks behind… so when I thought about applying, I always missed the deadlines, but when the 5th gen audition came around, one of my friends spotted the ad for it in a newspaper and that led me to apply. Looking back at that me eventually becoming the leader for 4 years and 4 months even surprises me.

When I first joined, I was often scolded. The 5th gen members were often usually the last ones to leave at dance lessons. The 4 5th gen members were always together so one of the staff guys came to us and said “You should watch and learn from the 4th gen, you guys need to stand out more individually. Don’t always be so group-minded.” We were told that a lot, and it made us cry. It was tough, but I believe because of that the bond between the 5th gen was strengthened even further. Around the same time when I was down about having no character, I started as a semi-regular guest for the Young town radio show and got to meet Sanma-san and Shouji-san every week. Since it was radio, I felt like I needed to speak but when I did I got a lot of “Your accent is so strong you can’t make it as an actress”, but before I knew it I became stronger, and I felt like I developed part of my personality, and to that I would like to thank Sanma-san.

One of my fondest memories was the first time I was given a solo part in “Souda! We’re ALIVE”. It was my first time so I was really happy, and it was a very powerful song so I completely remember going to the recording studio looking to sing with a lot of energy. I sang all out on that and before I knew it everything was done and the staff guys handed me the finished product. When I listened to the CD and hear my voice, the image was completely different from what I had imagined at the time I was singing. It was really childish and kinda bad but I was still happy anyway.

After deciding on to graduate and annoucing it in January of this year, time has passed by so much faster than ever before, and as I moved towards my graduation, every time a new graduation event came up it wasn’t painful, but rather made me love Morning Musume even more. Right now I am really glad to have become a Morning Musume member. When I became leader, I was really worried, but Tsunku-san said to me “You should make Morning Musume a Takahashi-styled cosy feeling group”. Because of those words, we have the family-like Morning Musume that we have now.

Sayu, Reina, Aika, Fukuchan, Ikuta, Sayashi, Suzuki… thank you for following such an unreliable leader. I’ve only been a leader for the 10th gen for 2 days but thank you too.

Gaki-san, sorry for graduating before you. But knowing you Gaki-san, I have full faith you will make a brand new Morning Musume.

My precious members, the love of the staff, and most important of all the support from all you fans… I am truly grateful. During the bus tour we had in Fukui a little while ago the fans threw a surprise and read thank you letters to me, that was truly the best. Since Ai-chan's name means LOVE. So, it's going to be meaningful for her.. Also, we can also write a message, if you want to.

S/mileage Sub-Member Smile Campaign Announced

A smiles campaign for the S/mileage sub-members have been announced.

For anyone who doesn’t know, in order to debut as a group the original S/mileage members had to collect pictures of everyone smiling and if they collected enough smiles they were given their debut. Now the sub-members are expected to do the same however there is a twist to it this time.

Each sub-member is to travel to a different town on her own and take a photo with someone, that person will need to upload their photo onto their blog, social network site (Facebook, Mixi) or Twitter.

Tsunku will be judging them on this campaign and the results will be announced on 10/16 so from this point on they’ll be extremely busy.

From my point of view this smiles campaign seems harder than the first. In the first S/mileage smile campaign fans from all over the world were able to submit in their pictures and if I remember correctly we were sending it to one place. In this one the sub-members need to ask a person to take a photo with their camera and have that person upload the photo to the internet. So if you weren’t a fan of S/mileage and you’ve never heard of them, the situation would be quite awkward and there’s no guarantee that this person will even upload the picture if they don’t really support S/mileage.

It’s also individualized and I’m sure everyone has already started picking favorites so it will be difficult for anyone who hasn’t shined yet. Though I think for Tsunku this is a really good plan since the more photos basically means more fans and if they have a large solid fanbase than it would be easy to promote them if they become a member.

Also if the sub-member needs to be in the photo too it’s harder because there is only so many hours in a day they can work. Also that would mean fans worldwide won’t be able to participate in this unless you have amazing photoshop skills. However that’s not confirmed yet and I would still send in my picture regardless of the requirement since it will show Tsunku that these members have support all around the world.

Kago Ai to be placed on 24-hour suicide watch following discharge from hospital

On September 14th, it was revealed that Kago Ai would be put on a 24-hour suicide watch in the wake of her recent suicide attempt.

Kago’s representative in this situation has been spending the night at the hospital to watch over her. Although her physical strength has been steadily returning, her attorney feels nervous about leaving the star on her own, and is said to be looking for people who can be with her for all 24 hours in the day. The preventive measure is obviously quite crucial for Kago, who’s still quite emotional over the ordeal.

“Physically, tomorrow she’ll be in a condition to be able to leave the hospital,” stated her representative. “But since we’re worried about her being alone right now, we’ll be looking for people who can be with her 24/7 (after she gets released from the hospital).” It’s unknown whether or not third party individuals will be allowed to take care of Kago during this time.

The president of her management company also issued another statement. “If her parents are able to come, we’d like to have a face-to-face discussion,” he stated, in hopes that interactions with her relatives might change the situation for the better.

Additionally, it’s been confirmed that Kago’s contract enables her to file for restitution in the case of her boyfriend, Ando Haruhiko. “We met Ando – who Kago introduced to us as her boyfriend in August of last year – but because we heard about his not-so-good reputation, we… added it as a supplementary item to her contract,” said her representative.

Nikkansports reports that former Morning Musume member, Fujimoto Miki and her husband Shoji Tomoharu (of comedian duo, ‘Shinagawa Shoji’) are expecting their first child.

It’s been about 2 years and 2 month since the couple got married, and reportedly, their baby will be born next year. This news comes at a great time as Fujimoto recently had to fend of reporters’ persistent questions about her married life.

Kago Ai transported to hospital after attempted suicide!!!!!

On September 11th, former Morning Musume member Kago Ai (23) was found on the floor in her apartment by her agency officials.

According to the Azabu Police, Kago had slit her wrist and was quickly transported to a hospital. Her life is not in danger.

Kago’s agency officials immediately rushed over to her apartment when she hinted suicide during a phone call. When they got there, they found her on the ground in a haze, and reported the incident to the police. She’s suspected of consuming large amounts of medication, and the police are investigating this as a planned suicide.

On September 6th, Kago’s boyfriend Ando Haruhiko (44) was arrested due to mafia affiliations. Kago Ai herself was taken in for questioning.

Kosuga Fuyuka To Leave S/mileage, Diagnosed With “Severe Anemia”

It has been announced on S/mileage’s official site that current S/mileage sub-member Kosuga Fuyuka will be leaving S/mileage due to severe anemia, and will later on join Hello! Project Eggs after her long recovery.

According to the S/mileage site announcement, Fuu-chan has been feeling bad and was immediately transferred to the hospital because of her terrible condition, and later on diagnosed with “sever anemia” which seems to be when the body doesn’t produce enough red blood cells that provide oxygen, which causes dizziness, breathing troubles,etc…

Hopefully we will have more information as time goes by concerning her health condition, and we wish her a quick recovery.

Saki isn't even going to have a special graduation concert or event, and she's too special to let go just like that!

So because of that, we're creating the Sakichy Smile Campaign.

It's inspired from the 10,000 Smile Campaign S/mileage had to do as challenge for their debut, and they managed to pull it off with over 16,000 smiles! S/mileage will always work hard, and we want to work hard too for Saki's and their sake.

The title for Morning Musume’s 12th album has been revealed to be 12 Kakusan Kibou! (Eng: 12 Spread Hope!).
The release date is set for 10/12.

12 = じゅうに = じゆうに = 自由に
(12) 拡散希望! = 自由に拡散希望!

12=Juuni=Jiyuuni= Jiyuu ni
(12) Kakusan Kibou = Jyuu ni Kakusan Kibou

It seems that the twelve (Juuni) can be read as Jiyuu ni (freely), making the title Jiyuu ni Kakusan Kibou! or in other words Spread Hope Freely!, which continues the long and interesting trend of creative puns in album titles.

Mitsui Aika and Sayashi Riho Have Been Advised To Rest For A Few Weeks

According to the official H!P site, after her checkup Mitsui Aika has been advised by doctors to rest for 8 weeks. Sayashi Riho was also told to rest 6 weeks due to ischium nerve pain on her right side.

They will both miss the rest of the Hello! Project 2011 Summer tour.

Mitsui will need to rest 8 weeks and Riho will need to rest 6 weeks.

I don't know what it is about Risako but she is just so amazing to me. I just recently watched the new Berryz Koubou Spring 2011 concert, and I can honestly say that my eyes were fixed on Risako.

She is just so beautiful and she looks so elegant when she danced across the stage.

Also when I first became a fan of Hello!Project I'll admit I didn't really like Berryz Koubou at the time(I know I was crazy) ,but every time I would watch a Berryz Koubou PV or seem them in a Hello!Project I was always, staring at Risako.She just always caught my attention, and I've always been in love with her no matter what.

G.A.M.

I love G.A.M. They, to me, were one of the greatest groups. I love Ayaya's calm voice and I love the dept of Mikitty's voice. To me they were like the older and sexier version of W.

At first I wasn't a huge fan of G.A.M. but than they came out with their second single Melodies and I fell in love.

It's a real shame they didn't last long.
